International transfers: This group involves multiple products such as Airtime and data, payments of utilities, international bank(swift) transfers. Mobile money transfers, Merchant wallet transfer (futter wave) cable & to millions worldwide, but for top-up to NIGERIA operators only, go to Airtime and bills.
Sending Top-Up Via Global top-up & Lifestyle
- 1.) SignUp for a user/reseller/business account with us if you are new, or Login with your account details.
- 2.) On your dashboard, go to international payments and then to global top-up and lifestyle,
- 3.) Now in the global top-up & lifestyle menu click on playbills & recharge. In the pay bill menu/wizard, select the country you wish to top-up with airtime or data credit and click on the next button to proceed.
- 4.) Select the operator of the phone number you intend to top-up
- 5.) Select Mobile in the list of the available services that are possible for you in your region/country.
- 6.) Select the data bundle or airtime amount that you intend to top-up in the available list of products and our intelligent platform will display you the amount selected in it USD or EUR equivalent.5
- 7.) If you are okay with the display amount above, enter the phone number you intend to top-up in international format (e.g. +4915219997966) in the account field and then click on the pay bill button to proceed.
- 8.) Choose how you want to pay from the list of available payment options in your region, generated by the invoice. Pay the invoice and that’s it.
Sending Top-Up Via Global top-up bronze
- 1.) SignUp for a user/reseller/business account with us if you are new, or Login with your account details.
- 2.) On your dashboard, go to international payments and then to global top-up bronze,
- 3.) Now click on the global top-up bronze and In the top-up menu/wizard, select the country you wish to top-up with airtime or data credit and click on the next button to proceed.
- 4.) Enter the phone number you intend to top-up (in international format eg.+49152199979966) and then click the next button to proceed.3
- 5.) Select the network operator of the number you have just entered and click the next button to proceed.4
- 6.) Select your currency and enter the amount you intend to top-up and then click on the proceed to payment button. It’s advisable to select your wallet currency to save cost in exchanges)
- 7.) After the invoice has been generated, choose the way you wish to pay in the list of available options displayed for your region and make payment. That’s it.
Sending Top-Up Via International Transfer Menu
At this point you need to set your new page as knowledge base home page. In the left admin menu select MinervaKB – Settings.

From the dropdown “Select page to display KB content” select your newly created page and press Save Settings in the top right area of the screen.
Conclusion
That’s it, you have finished installing knowledge base. Congratulations! Your home page is set, you can open it and it should display the search already. Home page will start to display topics once you add any content. Please refer to articles on content creation to learn more about that. You can configure the home page layout in the Settings or you can use Page Builder to do that. Home page configuration will be described in separate articles.
