    Opening a varmstra account is free, with no monthly fees or setup costs. You will only be charged for the products you sell. Every time you sell a product, your prepaid account(wallet) will be automatically debited at your personal or reseller or agent rate.

    For example, varmstra charges you $1.5 for 200-naira credit of MTN airtime recharge credit. You will be then charge $ 1.5 as a personal account holder or as a reseller or partner we may charge you less, but you charged your customer(s) say $2 for the right to top up a phone for that amount. Your gross profit is therefore $0.50 or a gross margin of 25%.

  • Can I own both personal and reseller account with varmstra?

    No, we don’t advise multiple accounts of any form. However, if you are interested with our reseller account as a personal account holder, then we advise that you upgrade directly from your personal account dashboard to a reseller account by locating the ”upgrade to reseller” menu and follow the wizard to get migrated/upgraded.

  • How do I avoid restrictions on my personal account on some products?

    After signup, at the bottom left of your dashboard click on the account verification menu and fill all the required field on the verification forms there and submit to us and our compliance team will verify them and approve it. Once approved, you will be notified by email and all limitations will be stripe out.

    Alternatively, you can decide to upgrade to our business levels and stay away from limitations. To do this just click on the upgrade menu at the bottom left of your personal account dashboard and follow the screen to get setup in minutes.

  • Do personal accounts require ID card Verification upon signup?

    No, you can sign up as varmstra’s private/personal account holder and start making use of most of our products without any ID card verification. The only verification you need to start benefiting our loads of products is a valid working phone number that can receive SMS, an email and your full name as in your legal ID documents. However, you will be requested to pass our ID card verification and other checks to be able to access highly control products such as money transfer and others where applicable.

  • Who is Varmstra agent account for?

    Varmstra agent account is for anyone who intends to resell varmstra’s products and services to anyone (personal, resellers etc.) and is willing to share all his/her personal, business or corporate information’s for legal reference. It’s for freelancers, retail shops, companies, supermarkets, cybershops, buy am Selam etc. who what to add some revenue along their businesses and need earn(make) commissions on everything(products) they sell.

  • Can I have more than one wallet?

    No, for now you can only have one main active wallet attached to your varmstra main account which you can use to purchased products available on the platform with exception of our VOICE product, Yourdialer which comes with its own wallet. This main wallet currency is determined and activated by the customer on the first funding

  • What age is eligible to own a varmstra account/wallet?

    You must have attained at least 18 years of age to be eligible to sign up for an account with varmstra.

  • Can I transfer the balance on my wallet to another wallet?

    Yes, as a varmstra private or reseller or agent account holder you can share/transfer money within verified account holders from any country to any country and from any currency wallet into another using the wallet transfer menu on your dashboard.

  • Promotions ON my dashboard are for what? How can I view them?

    All the Promotions found at the dashboard under certain product menus are offers run by receiving-side operators (our partners like MTN, Lyca, Vodafone etc.) to grow their business. Promotions are displayed in the PRODUCT flow. If you want to view any of the available promotions, go to the Promotions page of that product on your dashboard and click on it.

  • Can I sell multiple top-ups at a time?

    No, you can’t at a single click sell multiple products or sell to several persons. But you can sell unlimited products in a day.

  • How do I send a cross border/global top-up?

    It’s very easy. On your account dashboard, go to international payments & click on “global top-up & lifestyle or global topup bronze”, and follow the wizard to choose the service associated with the product you are looking for, such as: Mobile or Electricity, goods & services etc. Enter the prepaid mobile phone or account number (in case of electricity or other products), choose the product value and click “proceed to payments”.     Varmstra is visionarms’ unit and a P2P payment & financial application platform.     First, we will need to know which account type are you, because all varmstra business customers (resellers & agents) who are able access their dashboard can access all products and carry out all forms of transactions. But our personal customers upon signup can start making use of most of our products without any ID card verification. But they will however at some stage, be requested to pass our ID card verification and other checks to be able to access highly control products such as money transfer and others where applicable. Also, personal customers have limits per months on every product we do offer.

  • How seamless are transactions on varmstra?

    Charging rate is primarily determined by what you’re plugged in to. A Tesla Supercharger charges up to 170 miles in just 30 minutes while the Tesla Wall Connector charges up to 58 miles per hour. For average charging rates of other options, check out the charging page on tesla.com.

    There are several other factors that affect charging rate: amount of power available from the charge source, extremely cold temperatures, and current state of charge (a nearly empty battery charges faster than a battery that is almost full).

    Once you login on your account dashboard whether as a personal or reseller account holder, refresh your screen using the refresh button on your browser and then at the left of the dashboard screen go to international payment and then under its menu, choose by clicking on any of the menus of your choice (international transfer, Global top-up & Lifestyle, global top-up bronze etc.) and start enjoying the loads of global products. 

  • I wanted to purchase and send a product back home but I could not find it in your list of international payment products, so what do I do?

    Oh sorry for that, if you can’t find any global product, you can go down the dashboard on to the ”lifestyle & Card” and then to the Gift card and Virtual card menu. If you can still find it, then contact our support staff using any of our support channels.
